I’m working on assembling a PC and have tried everything possible. For hardware issues, I’ve focused on the motherboard, CPU, or power supply. Things I’ve tested: swapping the GPU, installing it in another slot, connecting DisplayPort to the board, testing a different RAM stick, clearing CMOS, checking for bent pins on the CPU, and verifying specifications. The problem is that when I power on the system, the Q-LED remains off, suggesting another potential cause. Here’s a video showing what’s happening. Before replacing parts, let me know if there’s anything else I can try. IMG_4256.mp4

You likely already checked the connections, but ensure your 8-pin CPU is properly linked and the 24-pin to your motherboard. I've seen this problem before—connectors might be misaligned by just a fraction of a millimeter.
