The computer is unresponsive when powered on.
I began constructing a computer system utilizing primarily recycled components, focusing on the central processing unit and power supply. After assembling everything, I attempted to initiate it for the first time; the display illuminated, and a message regarding a CPU fan error appeared briefly before darkness returned. Subsequent attempts to power on the system resulted in only a blue light emanating from the motherboard when activating the PSU switch, followed by an instantaneous power-off upon pressing the power button. Considering this behavior, I suspected a faulty power supply, despite having recently purchased it several weeks prior. The system’s specifications include: an NZXT h700i case with four fans and two RGB strips, an Intel Core i5-8600k processor, a Corsair 105i liquid cooler, 8GB of RAM at 2400MHz, a GeForce GTX 960 graphics card, an Asus Z370-Plus TUF Gaming motherboard, a 128GB M.2 drive, and a 250GB SSD, along with a Corsair Cx650m power supply.
Could your processor be running too hot? What is the method of attachment for the pump and fans?
