Hi, my PC has been acting up lately. It used to be unpredictable, but now it crashes consistently—sometimes every day, often multiple times in a short span. The failures appear abrupt, ending with a black screen and the system powering off without warning. Occasionally it restarts on its own, even while streaming or playing demanding games. In the Event Viewer, I see an error labeled Event 41, Kernel-Power. The log details show a shutdown event with no clear reason. I’ve checked my BIOS, reinstalled Windows several times, swapped out the SSD and RAM, and even tried stress testing the graphics card. All components seem normal—no overclocking, no unusual temperatures. Still, I’m unsure what’s causing this. I’m also curious if the issue might relate to disk access problems mentioned in the documentation, though I haven’t run any memory checks yet.
I tried it, it functioned for a while before it stopped working suddenly. Laughs.
