I'm using Windows 10, and after turning off my PC, I encountered an SSD error. I tried troubleshooting steps but nothing resolved the issue. Then I attempted a hard reset via Windows, but the computer stopped working and kept restarting. I checked the BIOS and everything was detected properly. Installing a new Windows version didn’t help either. Now I’m unsure how to proceed.

It seems the SSD is likely faulty. Consider using a different storage device to test. Installing Windows on another drive might confirm whether the issue lies with that drive rather than the SSD itself.
