Turning off and on your PC makes clicking sounds, the same as when you power it up. The noise seems to cease once you shut it down, but it resumes after a short time.

Remove the side panel when the system is running. Place the head inside the case. Shut down the PC. Identify the source of the sound. If you're unsure about the hardware, capture a photo of the noisy component.

One of the fans in your setup seems to be acting odd. Identify it by shutting down each unit with software or simply using your finger—don’t keep them locked.
