I tried running my computer with User Benchmark and here are the results...
GPU gtx 1060 3gb Zotac, showing significantly below expectations. 18th percentile
CPU i5 6500, meeting expectations at the 62nd percentile
Memory ddr4 2400, underperforming compared to potential. Not sure if an XMP BIOS profile was set.
Drive, Seagate Baracuda, also not meeting expectations.
In summary, my PC is underperforming overall.
I thought maybe I wasn’t gaming as much as advertised...
Could anyone assist me with these problems? I updated all drivers and everything seems installed...
This is my first build, so I’m unsure where I went wrong... I don’t have an SDD yet, and my disk stays at 99% capacity. But on my old PC it was around 30%...
My motherboard is Arctic Mortar and my system is running at 71%, while the average Arctic is at 81%.
Please help me. Thank you.

Corsair 750.. CX series? Possibly that could be the issue. That line of products uses low-quality parts. Often you notice similar problems from other users with the same power supply unit. Even if you don’t have it, you might want to try a fresh setup first—perhaps something went wrong previously, who knows? It’s wise to verify everything on the software side before investing in new hardware.

Which specific PSU do you possess? An underpowered setup will not achieve its intended performance. Additionally, your HDDs might not be operating at their maximum capacity, possibly because they were not configured in AHCI mode during BIOS installation.

I adjusted my memory speed to 2130hz (previously 1500), but the issue persists with the graphics card and hard drive.
