I installed the new CPU and case, moved all data from the old setup, and powered on the system. Everything started up, but nothing appeared on my monitors. I’ve tried various solutions, hoping you can assist further.

Did you refresh your BIOS prior to installing the new CPU? If not, did you confirm the existing BIOS can handle a Ryzen 3000 CPU? You should have BIOS version 1201 or higher. I wouldn’t suggest using a Ryzen 7 on this setup.

I didn't refresh the bios, thought updating wasn't necessary.

The CPU came out after the motherboard was installed, meaning the board didn’t support the newer chip. This situation requires a BIOS upgrade. Replace the old CPU and refresh the BIOS settings. Refer to your motherboard manual for instructions on updating the BIOS, and see if you can upgrade directly to the latest version or need intermediate steps. I still advise against using a board without VRM cooling for a Ryzen 7 3700x.

Yes, the front panel connectors appear to be correctly attached.

On the lower right side of your motherboard are several cables, known as front panel connectors. They link your case’s functions—like power and reset buttons, and the hard drive LED—to the motherboard. Double-check that everything is secured correctly, especially the power button cables on the case to the appropriate pins on the board. Also, inspect the CPU for any bent pins.

All the cables were present and there were approximately 3 to 4 bent pins, though I managed to straighten them.
