My cousin constructed a VR gaming setup a few months back, but it unexpectedly stopped while he was streaming on YouTube. I’m looking for any advice or insights about this issue. The details I recall are: the computer would power on partially, with the motherboard lights illuminating and an orange indicator showing the board is receiving power. The fans behaved oddly—after being turned on, they might spin briefly before stopping completely. We checked each RAM stick individually, but none seemed to be damaged; it appeared all four were fine. There was no display to view the BIOS. He mentioned he attempted to overclock the CPU and immediately noticed the heat sink was extremely hot.
