I took out the GPU and didn’t get any results. I’m not sure what else to try since I don’t know much about computers.

It's usually a PSU issue. Among PC parts, PSUs and storage are most prone to failure. Try replacing the PSU with a known good one and check if it works. Some shops provide a return policy with a restocking fee. If you don't have another PSU to test, it might be worth trying a local repair service.
