I purchased a gaming computer from Newegg costing $1200 ($1500 initially, discounted). The components are as follows:
AMD Ryzen 7 2nd Generation 2700X (3.70 GHz)
16 GB of DDR4 memory
1 TB Hard Disk Drive and a 240 GB Solid State Drive
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB GDDR6 (Zotac Gaming)

While I recognize this system isn't equivalent to a top-tier model like a GTX 1080 Ti, it’s still a powerful setup. I consistently achieve approximately 80-100 frames per second in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with maximum settings (a game that doesn't demand significant hardware), and only reach around 70 fps in PUBG: Battlegrounds at the highest settings. The graphics card generally maintains a reasonable temperature, though the processor can heat up considerably during gameplay (ranging from 70 to 85 degrees Celsius). All drivers are current. Should I return the computer? (Please note that while 80-100 fps is impressive, it’s not an expected performance level for this particular configuration, especially in a demanding game like CSGO.)

Regarding your settings:
What display resolution are you using?
3840 by 2160. Considering it’s a “high-end” gaming PC, I doubt it would handle most of my games at that resolution anyway.
