I recently purchased a gaming computer from Newegg for $1200, originally priced at $1500 but discounted. The system’s specifications are as follows: a Ryzen 7 2nd Generation 2700X processor (3.70 GHz), 16 GB of DDR4 memory, a 1 TB hard drive and a 240 GB solid-state drive, Windows 10 Home 64-Bit, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory (Zotac Gaming). While it’s not equivalent to a top-tier model like a GTX 1080 Ti, this is still a robust setup. I consistently achieve approximately 80-100 frames per second on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive at maximum settings, a game that is relatively easy to run. I can manage around 70 frames per second in PUBG at its highest settings, although the CPU temperature tends to rise during gameplay (ranging from 70-85 degrees Celsius). The drivers are all current. Should I consider returning the computer? (Please note: While 80-100 fps is certainly impressive, this configuration should easily exceed those numbers in games like CSGO.)

I suggest the Cryorig H7 as an excellent option for around $30, or consider a Noctua model, or explore an all-in-one liquid cooler if you’re prepared to invest more.

What’s the screen refresh rate? What are your graphics card temperatures during gameplay? What is the display pixel count?

AMD processors tend to perform more effectively in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive due to the game’s underlying engine. Please share your system's RAM speed and temperature readings when the game is loading. I suggest overclocking your processor if temperatures exceed 75 degrees Celsius.

What's the memory clock rate? What are the temperatures during gameplay? What’s the screen resolution?

Memory speed is 2400 MHz (it's not the quickest, it’s a more affordable option).
The graphics card maintains approximately 68 degrees Celsius, while the processor can reach 80 or higher.
The display is simply 1920 by 1080 pixels.

This memory is sluggish. Attempt to activate XMP/D.O.C.P. within your computer's settings. Is it a single or dual set of RAM sticks? Furthermore, that processor shouldn't reach temperatures exceeding 80°C during intense gaming sessions. Is the cooling solution included with your AMD processor? What number of fans are installed in your computer case?
