I turned on my PC, adjusted the PSU and fan connections a bit, and then everything went black with the fans spinning fast. After restarting by pressing the power button on the case, the system started working but ran much slower. My monitor showed no signal and the performance was noticeably laggy. It usually takes 2-3 seconds for Discord to load now, but it often takes about 5 seconds. The gameplay feels very choppy and unstable. Please help!
