The computer is having difficulty starting.
I'm experiencing issues with my PC startup. Only two of four fans activate, RGB stays on, CPU cooler works, while the rest remain off. After waiting ten minutes, I had to force restart. When I tried again, all fans and mouse came back on, then I restarted once more. On the fourth attempt, Windows Auto Repair appeared, the PC started normally but monitors stayed off and didn't display. I ended up restarting it afterward. I suspect this might be related to my motherboard or Windows, possibly a power supply problem. I recently swapped out the motherboard and PSU, so I'm hoping it's just Windows. My system specs are: Intel i7-11700F, Radeon 7700X, B560, 32GB DDR4, 3600MHz, ASUS TUF Gaming, 850W Gold.
