The computer is experiencing freezes, yet frame rates remain high.
Greetings,
Lately (over the last few days) I’ve been experiencing frame rate stuttering in video games while playing—I’m not sure if that’s the precise terminology, but it plays smoothly until approximately every 0.5 seconds when it momentarily freezes. Despite this issue, my frames per second consistently remains above 100. I've attempted all available adjustments within the games themselves and modifying settings from lowest to highest hasn’t resolved the problem. This isn't limited to gaming; even a basic action like moving windows on my screen results in the same freezing occurrence.
I’m uncertain about how to proceed with troubleshooting this issue, and any assistance would be greatly valued.

Initially, after the issue began, I updated the drivers, which had no effect; I reinstalled them several times without success.
