It seems the hard drive or RAM is faulty. Perform a memory test; if no issues are detected, replace the drive.

I noticed several issues in tests 4, 9 and 13. I’ll place an order for a new RAM kit this afternoon. Thanks for your assistance; I’ll let you know once it’s installed.
