Verify the temperatures, then take one RAM stick out and test the system using just that stick inside the machine to check stability.

It seems the system isn't overheating. As @emosun mentioned, I'll attempt single-channel booting. If that fails, I'll use DDU to reinstall the newest Nvidia driver. If these steps don't resolve the issue, providing an audio log of loudness and restarts will aid in identifying a power supply fault.
