The computer fails to turn on even though power is present.

I recently assembled my PC. Once connected, the motherboard lights up with its RGB display and the GPU emits a white glow, confirming power is on. But when I press the case power button, only the CPU fan activates briefly before it stops completely—no other fans respond. If I try to power it again after that, nothing happens. What might be causing this issue? Is there an easy solution? I’m looking for assistance. 20231010_171307.mp4

Do you have any diagnostic lights on the motherboard that could indicate the issue? It seems your CPU or RAM might be the culprit. Make sure the cooler is securely installed, reapply thermal paste if needed, and verify your RAM setup matches the guidelines in your motherboard manual. I believe the mobile device shouldn't illuminate immediately upon pressing that button. It should remain completely inactive until you activate the power button on your PC.
