it was just a relatively recent issue yesterday. my pc powers on and off normally, but this morning i tried to boot it up. there was a brief light in the power button and the hdd activity indicator for a moment. i asked some friends, one suggested my 5v sb rail on the psu might be faulty. after coming home from work i followed these steps: first i tried starting the pc normally, then removed all peripherals (some advised me to do that), failed again. next i unplugged all audio jacks and cables, held the power button for ten seconds, then reconnected it. finally i waited two minutes and tried a third attempt, which worked. this suggests what might be happening, is my psu failing? honestly i'm a bit worried about turning it off again. you can watch a video explaining it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFjsEuYX...nnel=Taxoz
