No matter how I attempt to power off my computer, the display turns dark and the fans continue to run before it restarts. I've disabled fast startup and tried almost every method to shut it down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The issue stemmed from a power supply malfunction, which ultimately caused a motherboard defect. If you have access to a replacement power supply, I suggest using it for testing.
