I believe there might be a brief where the "clicking" is actually caused by a spark.
This motherboard?

Check the physically numbered Page 4 and the USB port connections.
Then examine the motherboard closely.
I can't clearly see the labels because of the glare, but something looks off there.
Pay attention to those connections, especially the green, black, white, and red USB wires.

I investigated it and everything seems okay—cables and pins are good, I checked for USB2, USB3.0, and audio connections, and I tried starting the computer without connecting anything, but the clicking sound still happens.

On the left of the "GIGABYTE" heat sink there is a tiny black cylindrical item with at least one wire. Could it be a speaker? Regardless, where exactly does it connect?

The label on the cables indicates it's a speaker, though I don't recall connecting it. It appears to be attached to the top right four pins of the F_PANEL as shown in the manual, which seems correct.

Check if the sounds originate from that speaker. Refer to Page 16 in the motherboard's User Manual. Determine how many wires (colors) connect to it and describe its end connector. Initial idea: detach the speaker from F_Panel and see if the sounds cease.
