I believe there might be a brief where the "clicking" is actually caused by a spark.

Check the physically numbered Page 4 and the USB port connections.
Then examine the motherboard closely.
I can't clearly see the labels because of the glare, but something looks off there.
Pay attention to those connections, especially the green, black, white, and red USB wires.
Check if the sounds originate from that speaker. Refer to Page 16 in the motherboard's User Manual. Determine how many wires (colors) connect to it and describe its end connector. Initial idea: detach the speaker from F_Panel and see if the sounds cease.
