The computer fails to enter sleep mode.
Suddenly when I put my PC to sleep, it instantly wakes up again, every time consistently. The wake timers are disabled, there’s nothing unusual running in the background, and no updates are needed. I discovered that running powercfg -requests in the command prompt reveals what might be preventing it from sleeping. This output showed the issue, but I’m unsure how to resolve it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -requests DISPLAY: None. Remove the lighting executable, whatever it is—it might resolve the issue. You could also attempt a driver reinstall, though I’d prefer that last. Another option is to try something else.
