My computer begins to start, then stops abruptly and restarts again accompanied by a loud noise from the DVD drive. (I recognize it's the DVD drive since I removed it and the sound disappeared, yet the system still had an unusual boot process. Also, it fails to boot even when using an SSD.) Please check the video at the provided link: https://youtube.com/watch?v=Q0qMUeOAOJ. The part list is available here: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/theben1...ved/3Ndtt6. Help is appreciated. Thank you very much.

This video isn't available.
Ensure your SSD is configured as the primary boot device in the BIOS settings. If SATA operates in AHCI mode (which it should), the system won't list disks during normal BIOS setup but will appear in the section where you select the first disk to boot from.

CountMike added the information. Verify your SSD is configured as the primary boot device in the BIOS. If SATA operates in AHCI mode (which it should), the system won't list disks in the standard BIOS menu but will direct you to a specific section for selecting the first boot disk. "This video doesn't exist".
Needs to verify your SSD is configured as the primary boot device in BIOS. If SATA operates in AHCI mode (which it should), disks won't appear in the standard list but in the section where you select the first disk for booting. I attempted this and all boot orders listed the SSD first. Additionally, I didn't find an option to enable SATA in AHCI.
