So I increased my GPU's clock speed a bit, everything worked okay and temperatures stayed good, so I turned it down. Now when I try to boot up the PC, I see the Windows logo and everything, but then I freeze and don’t respond. Is my GPU not working?

no worries—afterburner should have displayed a warning indicating the issue when you selected apply at startup

Unlikely if you had overclocked it—if it was already dead, how would you see the Windows logo?
If you used afterburner and instructed it to apply the overclock at startup, pressing the control key during booting.

It doesn't seem likely if you overclocked it—if it was already dead, how would you expect to see the Windows logo? If you used afterburner and instructed it to apply the overclock at startup, pressing Ctrl during booting didn’t work. It first loads up, then goes black, and there’s a color point. Please help me before I lose it.

You were right about using msi after burner and applying the overclock at start up, but pressing Ctrl didn’t help. It just loads and then goes black, with some color appearing.
Please give me a minute to check—maybe it’s not Ctrl.
