Someone online reported a 5200mhz 4x16 setup but struggled with 5600. They mentioned having the same motherboard and CPU as you. Does that suggest you could achieve 5200 too, or are other system factors involved? He used a different RAM brand and a 4090 module.

Only the CPU, RAM, and motherboard affect RAM speed. Each scenario is different, so you need to test it yourself to find the best result.
