It can often be two issues. A faulty filtering capacitor on your GPU may stop functioning properly. You might notice something unusual, but it’s best to have a professional with electronics repair experience examine it. Your HDMI cable could have a damaged or high-resistance wire causing radio interference picked up by your audio card—either discrete or integrated. To resolve this, move the HDMI cable away from your audio inputs (typically the pink and/or blue jacks) as much as possible. Switching to a different HDMI cable is also an option; you can usually find affordable alternatives at dollar stores. If neither works, consider testing another GPU—borrowing one might help determine if the problem persists. Good luck!
But I've already verified the GPU, and it appears to be in good condition. The HDMI connection is working properly. I'll proceed with that check next.
I verified the HDMI cable I purchased on Amazon. Trying different cables didn’t help. Both the TV and the device didn’t work. Could the issue be with the GPU after you cleaned it? You might need to replace it.
