I opened the game and held down the left button while moving the mouse; it dropped to 1 fps. The same happened with the emulator and mobile games. It’s not a big issue, just slow movement. On my system (23.3.1), I ran DDU in safe mode after installing, but no changes. I’m planning to update to 23.3.2. Any suggestions for further fixes? Also, should I reinstall other drivers?

It might be a driver problem—your RX7900XT seems fine, but you could try updating it or switching back to a known working driver.

This might happen because your mouse drivers are outdated or damaged. You could reinstall or update them. Another possibility is that Windows scaling is turned on, which enlarges text, apps, and other elements for better visibility but may cause lag or stutter during gameplay. Disabling scaling might resolve the issue.

Determine the precise drivers by checking your device settings or using manufacturer tools. For Wacom, MSMouse provides the correct setup; ensure you reinstall it properly after uninstalling G Hub. If using Logitech, verify compatibility in their app or system preferences.

Attempted to refresh chipset drivers but it didn’t resolve the problem. Created a video highlighting the issue more clearly. Observed that changing focus elsewhere doesn’t help, but switching back to games causes stuttering again.
