Hi! I just bought the new samsung odyssey oled G8. But I have a very enjoying problem with it, sometimes when the pc wakes the monitor from sleep (due to inactivity) the pc will freeze and be unresponsive. When I was running windows 10 this would happen every time but with windows 11 it only happens every other time. Turning down the refresh rate to 120 (from 175) in windows seems to fix the problem. I never had any problem when I was using my old monitor, (a 1440p 144hz monitor from msi) even when I was using it with a second 1080p monitor. I have read that this might be caused by power spikes from the gpu that triggers the psu fail safe, and that it can be fixed by upgrading the psu for more head room. For reference I currently have a Corsair rm750x v2, a RTX 3070 and a ryzen 5 5600x and some rgb. So I'm wondering if this might be problem or if it's something completely different. I have been in contact with samsung support but they haven't seen this problem before and just gave me the normal advise of trying a different dp cable and resetting and updating the device. Anyway thx in advance for your help.
