Not too long ago my computer would suddenly freeze, especially during games, streaming, or when logging in. Sometimes it works for hours, other times it freezes multiple times and shuts down within minutes. I tried replacing the SSD, reinstalling Windows 10 or 11, and even swapping RAM slots, but nothing helped. The temperatures are normal, and my English is still developing. I’m sorry for any confusion. My specs include a Ryzen 5 7500F, RTX 3060 Ti, A-DATA XPG Lancer Blade, and a WD 1TB SSD. The boot drive is Kingston NV2, and the CPU cooler is IS-40X V3.

Consider using monitoring tools such as GPU-z or HWinfo64 if the issue relates to overheating. If the problem persists, switching to a different power supply might help. Good luck!

I would keep the bios current and revert them to the standard settings. Apart from that, consider using a different RAM module instead of merely swapping the slots.
