My PC has suddenly become extremely sluggish, stuttering roughly every 10 seconds for about half a second. I've attempted nearly all possible fixes—removing graphics drivers, resetting CMOS, reinstalling Windows, re-seating hardware, updating BIOS, changing cables and screens, even running a memory test with MemTest86. I've also reinstalled chip-set drivers and tried replacement parts except for the CPU and motherboard. I updated the BIOS to the latest version, toggled XMP and TMP settings, and tested different RAM modules. The only clue is that stress testing my CPU in MSI CPU-z makes the stutter much worse. I'm really confused and hope someone on forums can help me resolve this so I can play Space Marines. My system specs are: Windows 11, MSI B550-A Pro, BIOS v7C56vAJ1, CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X, RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz, storage: SMAZUN 970 EVO 500GB, WD 1TB M.2, PSU: Corsair TX650M. Thanks for any advice!

It might be related to older Ryzen or TPM problems. You could disable it or try Windows 10 to see if the issue persists. Also, check if other games are affected by this.

The temperatures remain consistent, keeping the CPU below 60-70°C in Helleldiver 2 and the GPU under 50-60°C. The cooler operates efficiently at 212°F.

Maybe it's a BIOS or hardware problem then.

The motherboard is well-known for its instability, and the power supply seems insufficient. If I were you, I’d prioritize those components first.

I checked the motherboard, but I'm still unsure. I'll explore alternative testing methods instead of replacing the board.

Usually you'll need a different board, I'd also think about adding more RAM if that doesn't help. To be honest, Corsair Vengeance is a poor fit for Ryzen, it might work but will likely require extensive adjustments and probably won't be completely stable.
