I attempted that, but reviewing HWinfo a few times my CPU temperature rose to 83, near the T-J maximum, yet I didn’t notice any stutter.

It's unusual for a CPU to jump to 83 unless you're intentionally pushing it to its limits.

Normally expected for that component. It’s built to reach 95°C and maintain stability under stress. Issues leading to lag or stutter are usually tied to drivers or input/output operations hitting the paging file on disk. Those are the main suspects, though other factors can play a role.

Sure, here are the full specifications. I installed Windows myself, and it’s the latest version available. Let me know if you need anything else!

I built this setup myself. It includes a custom water cooling motherboard, an AMD 7800X3D processor, 32 GB RAM, NVMe 1 TB storage, and a Rockbox 670e with XPG. The graphics card is a 3080 Ti with a 1000W gold EVGA display. Everything runs on Windows 11 with the latest update applied.

Sorry, that doesn’t make sense. Could you clarify what you mean by "89 on those chips"?
