I saved Maya on my computer and later removed it, but it keeps attempting to open during startup. It doesn’t appear in the startup list for deletion, and there are no files left in your C drive.

You should verify the startup items in Task Manager and check the startup folder within Windows.

In the Task Manager area, an ADSK Access Core is shown, though it remains turned off.

It's unusual, I haven't noticed any new locations where apps launch.

Ensure all data is saved before removing Autodesk software. Follow the uninstaller instructions carefully. Use the built-in cleanup tools if available. Verify no residual files remain after completion.
