What version drivers are you using? Do you have HDR enabled in-game or through drivers / Windows? I'm checking the release notes for the latest GeForce drivers, just a few minutes ago, and there is some sort of known + unresolved issue with HDR. See if turning off HDR helps.
In fact, the screen (regrettably) lacks HDR, so I'm attempting to locate an alternative method.
