Hello, I own an x570 pro4 from ASRock. It functioned smoothly two hours ago but began glitching after I tried changing the colors. I noticed green on my strimmer cables would appear green, while the rest of the RGB shifted to red when I set it to red. Conversely, setting them to purple made the cables turn blue. I’m unsure what’s happening. After plugging in the RGB cables into the addressable RGB header, it still didn’t work. Now I can only control colors by clicking RGB 1 in the Asrock Polychrome software. Could you help with my cables? Thanks.
