Windows 10 with Nvidia 3080 works on several monitors but drivers keep failing. It seems the issue lies in Windows settings rather than hardware. Night Light is off, power plan is set to performance, and no power-saving mode is active. Changing the window brightness causes the screen to tint—blue when bright, orange when dark, and flickering when both are open. Could be a display calibration or driver conflict problem.

The issue occurs with both my HDR TV and regular monitor. On the TV, it disappears when I enable HDR in Windows. It seems I don’t have any apps that work in HDR within windowed mode. The problem also appeared in safe mode before using DDU.
