I didn't get the audio quality right in the clip, but the PSU noise is significantly higher than the GPU. Would this work as a suitable alternative? It appears to be one of the few top-tier power supplies under $100 I've found.
You have a RM750X unit, and it significantly reduced the noise. The PSU hum is gone, and the GPU feels much better.
