It's just this one title, though I'm not sure if it's the most demanding. I own BF 3, BF 4, and they work well in comparison to Crysis 3 and Civilization 5, which sometimes crash on startup. I play that game a lot.

In that case, reinstall the drivers (if you haven't already). Consider upgrading to beta drivers (if available) and downgrading to older drivers (if this is only a recently occurring problem). Otherwise, look at the COD AW forums because it may be the game itself (which is usually the case) Since AW isn't the most graphically intensive game you played, it's probably not the PSU.

It's the game, and I'm not motivated to tackle all the issues. I question if it will function properly; perhaps a patch will come out, but I'm skeptical about that.

Fair try! I’m also struggling with Black Ops zombies, but since it’s an older title, I’m not hoping for any updates.

It's the CPU since one of your friends attempted to run COD AW on I3 with 8 GHz RAM and the same GPU, but the issue only occurred when using a better CPU.

I'm facing the same problem too. My system has an 8350, and crossfire 280x with 24GB RAM doesn't work on my PC. I see it can't detect my full GPU memory. I found that for Intel users, the fix is to change the dedicated video RAM settings in BIOS. But for AMD users, we're not able to do that.

I own a Pentium G but it isn't functioning properly as expected.

I upgraded my M.2 SSD and reinstalled it, which significantly resolved the issue—still some minor lag but not too bad. Besides the SSD upgrade, I switched the download source from Atlanta to San Jose, CA. Now the process runs smoothly without stalls or glitches, and the loading transitions are playing correctly on Ultra.

have you considered using a ramdisk? you can place the most demanding render files there and it should improve my new ssd m.2 gen2 x4 performance to 1000mbs, which is what I needed. the regular ssd won’t be able to handle this game well, so creating a 4g ramdisk for just the rendering files should help. it’s free to download up to 4g and if you have any amd RAM, it’s 6g. the standard ssd simply can’t process the files quickly enough to run the game smoothly. also, your graphics card is sold and should handle this without issues. the speed of the storage is what matters here. what are the specifications of your ssd? on my 500mb ps, the game ran poorly and it’s a 200$ 120g ssd—haha, not like the cheap stuff. samsung works better than the standard ark.
