Hi,
I noticed Acronis provides a backup feature for individual Microsoft 365 accounts, but I’m looking for more affordable alternatives.
Have you come across any other options similar to this for backing up private Microsoft accounts?
I searched a bit but mostly found solutions targeting business accounts.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

OneDrive serves as your cloud backup for all Microsoft 365 documents. You can also maintain copies on external drives for additional redundancy in your cloud storage.

I do the same thing consistently. I have two external hard drives that are linked with my OneDrive, and I haven't experienced any loss of data even when computers fail.

Hi,
To save the message folders locally, you can relocate or remove older files using AutoArchive or export them to a .pst file for later restoration and use.
