"The Specified video mode is not supported – the game will now run in Software mode." We've tried everything but can't find a fix. I only know his graphics card is an nVidia 9600GT. If you could help us, it would be great...

Ensure Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is installed, then proceed with downloading it if needed, so everything functions properly.
