Hello!
I've attempted to undervolt a Ryzen 3700x but when adjusting the clock speed, it stays at its current setting even under light loads.
Could there be a method to configure the CPU frequency so it automatically adapts to the workload like in default mode?

In BIOS you can simply establish a fixed voltage or apply a negative offset. Both methods restrict the highest voltage.
