You're dealing with a recurring issue where your PC's startup sequence behaves strangely. The RAM indicator cycles through colors, followed by the CPU and then the boot light, but it keeps looping in the same pattern. This happened after a previous motherboard and GPU problems. The system boots normally once, but it's unstable and causes safe mode activation. You've tried a restart, but it's still unsettling. The specs you provided are noted, and you're concerned about the unexpected behavior. It seems like this might be related to the hardware configuration or a software glitch during startup.

These are the status indicators on the motherboard—refer to pages 1-22 of the manual. They display the boot sequence and highlight any stuck lights, pointing to the specific stage in the Power On Self Test where the problem occurs. As long as the system starts and everything turns off, it’s considered acceptable.

That's good to hear! Just keep an eye on things in safe mode.

There might be an issue with your Windows setup, though it's unclear if it occurs every time you start up. For AMD K19 users, Speccy hasn't been maintained for a long time—consider it outdated or obsolete. If you want to monitor system details, tools like CPU-Z, GPU-Z, and HWiNFO are widely used now. Make sure your BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date for the Zen4 system.

It just kept happening, stuck on the red CPU or orange RAM light five times each time I tried to restart. The fans started spinning and everything lit up, but no video appeared. After another restart, it worked perfectly except for getting booted back into safe mode.
