I bought an Aerocool Xpredator X1 and other items. Everything worked until I discovered the power switch needs a 4-pin Molex connector, which my motherboard doesn't have. I removed all components and used an older case, but it still won't work because the switch can't connect. Can you help me find a solution or point out the mistake?

It's usually easy to set the power button settings in BIOS for a quick restart or shutdown.

The power light will operate, not a button. Another connector for the button should be present somewhere, likely with two separate wires.

Hi
The molex is likely intended for the fan controller. Follow the wires from the front/top panel to locate the power button wire.

Hey guys thanks for the answers, but I now realise that the case has a regular power switch, but has no reset switch. Will this be a problem when building my pc inside the case

Usually, you can set the power button settings in BIOS to trigger a reset with a short press and a shutdown with a longer press.
