The case fans on my Lian Li Lancool 216 are extremely noisy. I've adjusted the fan curves but haven't seen any improvement.

I adjusted the fan curves by modifying their settings. This seems like a simple query, but I double-checked that the changes were implemented. The temperatures are highest during loud fan operation. Other specifications are also available upon request.

What speed is quiet at 600 RPM, and louder above 1500 RPM? Could it be a hardware or software issue?

You might be referring to a fan speed monitoring cable or a sensor cable used with motherboards. It helps the system track how fast the fans are spinning.

Bios, yes I made the updates, no need to worry. My PC is running smoothly with these settings: Processor: Ryzen 5 5500 or 5600, GPU: RX 6650 XT / RX 6600, Motherboard: B450M DS3H WiFi, Power supply: any 600W, Case: LANCool 216 RGB drive, Storage: SK Hynix Gold P3 Plus + 1TB. I also heard about a cable that lets the motherboard track RPM, though I don’t think I connected it yet. I can’t locate the name online, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
