I am facing problems with my gaming PC. Stuttering occurs in games like DEATHLOOP and Control Ultimate Edition, especially when moving the camera. It also happens in Starfield, where the game runs smoothly most of the time but feels sluggish when the camera is adjusted. (In MSI afterburner, frame times change when the camera moves). The issue seems to appear in almost every game to some extent.

I have tried several solutions: checking the PSU, ensuring there’s no overheating, adjusting overclocking and undervolting settings, updating drivers, verifying the PCIE connection, tweaking Adrenalin settings, and even re-installing or fixing game files. None of these worked.

I’m unsure what might be causing this, as I recently swapped my GPU from a 6950xt to a 7900xt, updated my PSU (Corsair RM850x), and replaced my RAM. The problem persists despite these changes. Some games work fine, while others do not. What practical steps could help resolve this?

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730
Prüfen Sie die Integrität von Windows
Öffnen Sie die Befehlszeile als Administrator und geben Sie DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth ein
https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-open-an-...pt-2618088
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...em...5b60477a93
Starten Sie mit einem Neuinstall
Informationen dazu finden Sie hier: How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support
