Over the past couple of hours I've been searching for a fix for the date and time tray icon, but nothing has worked. The explorer patcher crashed after the latest Windows update, so I had to remove it. I ran the DISM and sfc commands to try to repair the system, and they reported everything is fine. I checked various articles and tried different solutions, but the key point is that certain settings are controlled by your organization, which is preventing me from enabling the clock. I'm not sure what to do next—please let me know if anyone has a solution.

Initially it began failing when launching the Win+X option, and afterward it occurred during the taskbar context menu interaction.

A configuration in group policy should resolve this issue, but I’m having trouble locating it.
