Have you experimented with connecting a screwdriver to the power button pins on the front panel? I’ve noticed a board that shorting the power button doesn’t turn on, even though it posts. It seems like a trace or power delivery part might be faulty since shorting speaker pins produces no spark—definitely not safe to repeat.

Verify the bios configurations for your switches. They should appear in the power menu if they’re correctly set.
