Reviewed the event log noting the dump file creation failed because of an error during the process. No file was generated, and the system restarted unexpectedly. This issue might stem from the system failing to respond, crashing, or losing power suddenly. To identify the cause, investigate signs of instability, power interruptions, or software glitches that could trigger such failures.

Check kernel version 41 in the event viewer. https://www.howtogeek.com/123646/htg-exp...an-use-it/

You mentioned the wrong details in your message. I checked the Event Viewer and confirmed the relevant entries. Additionally, a memory test was performed, and the Windows Memory Diagnostic found no issues.

What error code appears? Memory checks aren’t detecting anything unless RAM is completely failed.

Add Windows Debug Tools to the SDK and access the crash log. It should reveal what triggered the crash. This could stem from a software issue or a driver problem. If it's a hardware fault, the error message might shift over time.
