I've been experiencing frequent random BSODs on my Windows 8.1 system this morning. Multiple errors appeared, including IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, and driver overrun issues. I tried cleaning the registry, ran diagnostics like Memtest and chkdsk, and reinstalled drivers. I'm currently using safe mode to document the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like there could be several reasons for the issue. Let's check the surge protector and ensure all cables and components are securely connected. Consider updating the BIOS. If possible, look for replacement parts to test your hypothesis—maybe ask a friend to lend them some?
