I've tried using the keyboard before, but there were no problems. A fresh driver installation and Windows update didn't help. No assistance available. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? You're using Windows 10.

For the reply, but ultimately the Windows troubleshooter resolved the issue after a restart.

We're going to need more information. What is the make and model of the keyboard in question? What version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you working with? Are you dealing with a desktop or a laptop? If a desktop, please list the specs to said system. If a laptop, please mention the make and model of your laptop. An SKU to the laptop will help us two fold. If the desktop is a prebuilt, the make and model and SKU is all we need.
If the BT adapter for your platform was an add-on, include the make and model of the adpater.
