You received a message asking about connecting your 3D earphones to your laptop. Initially, it worked but then kept disconnecting repeatedly. Now it shows connection issues and asks if the device is discoverable. You tried both pairing modes and are unsure what to do next.

You may need to discard the gadget and re-establish the connection. However, if it's running Windows, it works just like Windows and Bluetooth. Windows tends to be problematic with Bluetooth headphones or headsets.

As discussed earlier, the problem seems to be related to Windows. Only Microsoft can resolve this issue. I've encountered difficulties with connecting, switching between headset and headphone modes, among other things.
