The Bluetooth device isn't connecting properly.
A few days back I realized Bluetooth wasn't logging on my PC. After a normal restart and reinstalling drivers, the issue persisted. It seems the Bluetooth chip is built into my motherboard as an Intel Wi-Fi + BT component, and the Wi-Fi still functions properly. I'm struggling to figure out what to do next. When checking Device Manager for Bluetooth settings, it displays a message indicating the driver might be corrupted or there could be memory or resource problems (code 3).
I've handled this several times; once it's installed it still shows the same issue.
The only alternative I recommend is performing a fresh installation of Windows. To revert to your previous setup, you could back up the drive beforehand if possible. Should that not work, the problem may lie with the Bluetooth component of the module itself.
Unfortunately, reinstalling Windows isn't possible because my RAM is only 16GB. When I run Chrome and RTX Voice, I have roughly 10GB left in my memory.
Do you have a larger USB flash storage option? Yes, you could use Rufus to create a Windows 2 bootable system as an alternative to a full reinstall. Alternatively, consider a Linux live boot, though Linux support may be challenging.
